This Years' New Favorite Gift Cookie Recipe

Got it from a friend, who got it from a friend, with no title and no cookbook noted. It's quick, easy, and the pecans are the only really expensive ingredient if you are careful to stock up on butter when it's on sale.

1) Line a 10x15 inch cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam or similar.

2) Break graham crackers into fourths and put on the cookie sheet in one layer.

3) Cook 2 sticks butter, one cup brown sugar, one cup chopped pecans, and 1tsp. vanilla on medium heat for 2 minutes.

4) Drizzle the mixture over the graham crackers and put it in the oven at 350
° F for 10 minutes.

5) Pull out of oven and continue spreading the mix over the crackers, then take the foil off the cookie sheet and lay it on a cooling rack, or in the freezer to quick set it.

They are good, and taste like a much more expensive treat.
